At Lilienthal Berlin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle timepiece. If your new watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films and certificates, to ensure the item remains secure during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized shipping provider; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
